About EchoLogix

Skip tracers who built an AI.

EchoLogix is a US receivables platform with one unfair advantage. Our team has spent careers locating people the rest of the industry had stopped trying to find. We took that craft, the discipline behind it, and the playbooks we built running collections operations, and put it into a platform a CFO can deploy.

Our story

We came up the hard way. That is the point.

Before any of this had a name like “AI orchestration,” our people were sitting on the phones. Working batches the rest of the industry had marked uncollectable. Tracing a patient through a name change, a forwarded address, a reassigned number, an old employer.

Skip tracing teaches you something the AI vendors had to be told. The conversation is the easy part. The hard part is figuring out where the person actually is, whether you can legally reach them, and whether they will pick up when you do.

We built EchoLogix because the industry kept buying conversation engines bolted onto bad data. We thought there was a better starting point. Our team. Our skip tracers. Our compliance officers. Our receivables operators. People who have actually worked the queue.

The AI sits on top of that. It is fast and it is good. But it is good because of what we feed it, not because of where we bought it.

What we believe

Five convictions that run every product decision.

Skip tracing is the unfair advantage.

Most AI vendors learned the receivables space from a deck. Our team has actually located people the industry had given up on. Phone, address, employment, public record, social signal. That craft is now inside the platform. The AI inherited the instincts.

Bad data is the real failure mode.

Every other vendor sells the conversation engine. We will not turn the engine on until the file is clean. Twenty-five to forty percent of collections failure lives in bad data. We learned that the hard way, one account at a time, long before the AI showed up.

Compliance is the product, not a feature.

TCPA, FDCPA, HIPAA, state PUC. Enforced at runtime by the orchestration layer. Not bolted on as scripts a rep might skip. Our compliance officers do not need to review every campaign because the system cannot run a non-compliant one.

Recovery should not require disrespect.

Patients are not delinquents. Customers behind on a utility bill are not adversaries. Our voice personas are calibrated for tone. Informational. Empathetic. Firm only where the situation actually calls for it.

Every AI decision should be explainable.

Why this channel. Why this hour. Why this offer. The dashboard answers each question for every conversation. Your compliance team and your regulator can audit the playbook in real time.

How we approach the work

The playbook a CFO can stand behind.

We do not ship a template to every client. We start with your portfolio, your data, your compliance environment. We build the path from there.

01
Pillar 1
We start where others skip.

Before the first conversation, our skip tracers and data engineers sanitize, dedupe, and validate the file. Reassigned-number checks. Consent ledger. Address verification. The clean file is the asset.

02
Pillar 2
We orchestrate, not just dial.

Which account, which channel, which hour, which tone. The engine decides based on your data, your rules, and what has worked for this account before. Every decision logged and reviewable.

03
Pillar 3
You pick the operating model.

Buy the platform and run it. Or hire our team to run it for you on a results-aligned managed-service model. Same compliance layer. You decide who staffs the campaign.

04
Pillar 4
We measure what the CFO measures.

Net recovery dollars. Receivables aging. Cost-to-collect. Complaint rate. Compliance findings. Five numbers on every weekly report. No vanity metrics.

Our stance

We keep you compliant.

That sentence is not marketing. It is the architectural commitment we make to every CFO and every compliance officer who signs with us.

It means TCPA quiet hours, state PUC rulesets, HIPAA access controls, FDCPA disclosure language, and PCI tokenization are not features you turn on. They are the layer the platform refuses to run without.

Skip-tracing roots

Decades of locating people the rest of the industry could not find. Now feeding the AI.

Data discipline

Sanitize, validate, enrich. Every record gets a chain of custody. No outreach to an un-validated number, ever.

Explainable AI

Every model decision is logged and reviewable. Compliance can override at the segment, channel, or campaign level without a deploy.

Human-grade voice

Sub-second latency, configurable tone, multilingual where required. Optimized for empathy first, recovery second.

The team

Unmatched on the bench.

The people who built and run EchoLogix have done the work. They did not come to receivables from adjacent SaaS. They came to AI from receivables.

Senior skip tracers
Decades each. They know which database to hit before the AI does.
Receivables operators
Built and ran collections teams for healthcare, telecom, and ARM portfolios.
Compliance officers
TCPA, FDCPA, HIPAA, state PUC. They have answered the regulator’s phone calls.
Data engineers
Identity resolution, consent ledgers, data quality. The boring work that wins.
AI engineers
Voice models, decisioning, orchestration. Working alongside the operators, not above them.
Customer success leads
Each one assigned to a CFO and an RCM director. Weekly recovery review. Quarterly playbook tune.
